Website Design Process: Share & Bookmark

1:  Initial Consultation
Upon receiving your initial request, we will follow-up with you shortly to discuss the details of your project.  If possible, we can set up an appointment to meet with you in person.

2:  Information Gathering and Design Setup
We will discuss your needs and figure out how they can fit into your budget.  Key topics during this discussion included: your preferred design style, target market, services and products offered, business strategy, and primary competitors.
After we learn about your needs, we will give you a brief estimate on a total cost and will work with you on the payment plan that best fits into your budget.  Additionally, your responsibility is to provide us the contents and/or images for each of your webpages in our next meeting.  After our next meeting, we will setup your domain name, email accounts, and web hosting.

3:  Website Design and Development
We begin setting up your website by designing the website's navigation structure and adding the pages' contents, images, and forms.  We will communicate with you via email during the design process until we receive your final approval of the completed site.

4:  Website Maintenance
If you do not have the time or knowledge to make periodic updates to your website such as adding new products/services, changing a staff profile, or posting new photos.  We can do all that for you so you can focus on the front end of your business.  For more details about our maintenance services, please click here!

5:  Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
If you choose to take the necessary steps to bring your website ranks higher within the major search engines, you may sign up for our recommended search engine optimization service (SEO).  We will research and integrate the meta tag, links, sitemaps, etc. to bring your website to a higher ranking within search engines.
